June 3rd, 2009 - Posted in Architecture DesignBoukyo house was designed by Nakayama Architects and located in Sapporo, Japan. The city is the most famous for hosting 1972 Winter Olympics and it’s also the fifth biggest city in Japan. One of the project targets was to cover the maximum cubic meters that the budget will permit.

The idea was to separate as far as possible the private areas of the house ? two bedrooms and one bathroom ? and the public areas ? A workroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. As the result all areas ended up on different levels.
