The building of organizational features, monolithic concrete but not strained, but made with the system known as ferrocement, which transmits the compressive stresses in all directions, and therefore, the collapse of the building is virtually impossible in an Earthquake . The worst that can happen is the cracking of the membrane, but without serious consequences.

The upper floor is the reception of coordination and private school coordinator, teachers room for development planning and activities of school development and teacher training and evaluation.
